Phoenix Fun!!!!

Well a lot has happened since our last blog. We went out to Phoenix the first week of August, for two weeks. Josh had to leave early, he had re-current training for the year; so he was gone for bout a week, and then he came back. While we were there josh was making Laila laugh so hard with her passy; it is pretty funny ;o)Laila loved her cousins, Taylor and Landon, she was totally into Landon she would laugh and smile all the time at him. She also loved Taylor, and Taylor was so helpful with everything that had to to with taking care of Laila very hands on. She will be a wonderful "Big Sister" to her new brother Ryland who is already here by the way. Aug. 17, we are looking forward to meeting our new family member, and I know that Laila will surely enjoy it. She enjoyed her Grandparents as well always smiling and laughing, trying to figure out who they are. we have pictures at home hanging on the wall, showing them to her everyday. she is a people person so she does get along with everyone!!!! It was dads " Grandpa" b-day while we were there. We went to Peter Piper Pizza, it was a lot of fun with the kids, they all enjoyed it. Laila just loved all the lights and sounds. She started to teeth while we were there which was fun, so she was cranky more than normal. She is a very good baby though I don't have to many pictures. When I am there I tend to forget to take pictures cause my mom "Grandma" is always taking pics

3rd Year Anniversary!!!

Well our 3rd year Anniversary was actually yesterday July 22. We just pretty much relaxed at home. Actually took a nice nap of course Laila was napping as well. Haven't had our anniversary celebration, we will most probably do that when we go to Phx. I want to at least hit one waterpark this summer ;o)

Well Laila started to sit up on her own, I mean actually bring herself up. She is growing so much everyday. It's wonderful I am actually looking forward to her growing up. Its still kinda hard to determine her personality. I know she likes to laugh and sing, talk like her daddy. She is outgoing, doesn't like to be held that much; well she does, but only for a while, and of course when she is tired.she loves my hair. I think because it is so big and fluffy ;o) I just have so much of it. Shes starting to get into the wires(playstation, cables)that isn't a good thing, but hey she's a baby shes gonna do what she wants to do. We just have to intervene.

Amazing discovery!

Well, while we were in the middle of all our morning stuff, Laila decided to full on crawl!!! Thank goodness my husband and I both saw it cause he was in the kitchen. While trying to get it on camera, of course she didn't crawl; either she was just being stubborn, or that was just it on crawling for the day. But we did get her singing ;o)

Josh left for work

Well they called Josh in last night. I hate it when he is gone but I know that he has to do it. Well it was another relaxing evening; put Laila to bed bout 6:45. I went to bed round 10:30. Was a little aprehensive, cause the night before I woke up in the middle of the night, bad dream; then I had this unsettling feeling that something was going to happen. I got up, and I prayed. Then I layed back down, and I asked if Josh could pray for me, he did and said everything will be alright. Eventually I fell back a sleep.

Well last night I was dreaming again, started hearing some crying, and woke up and realzed that it was Laila who was crying. So I jumped outta bed, briskly walked to her room, Im thinking that she had a bad dream. So I picked her up; this was at 1:00 in the morning by the way. Put her in my arms, and just swayed her back and forth for a while. She was looking at me and smiling. What a Sweetheart! Then I just layed hr back down, cause I knew that she was tired. That was our night.

She woke up bout 6:30 this morning i tried putting her back to sleep, but I was awake so I just got up and did our daily ritual in the morning. She played for a while. She is starting to be able to sit herself up, while doing that she will look at you, and she will smile. She is wanting more attention I can tell, and I feel she has recognition of who we are Mama and Dada, even though she cant say it yet. She just knows that we are the people who are always there!!!

Just like Jesus is He is always there, when we wake up in the middle of the night with fear or even when we are in our peaceful states. Trust Him always! Because He will NEVER leave you, or FORSAKE you!

Mornings

Well this morning we woke up a little later than usual. Poor Laila her daiper was soaking wet ;o( WE just had a relaxing morning fed her , we ate, and then we played on the floor a little bits. She is at her crawling stage sge scoots but every time I try and and get it on camera she stops fooey! But there are some great pics!

Lovely Surprise

Well this morning I was awaken up by my beautiful daughter Laila. She will sit there and just look at you intently, feeling your face ,and squeezing your nose ;o). She loves to play with my hair, not sure why? Maybe because I got so much of it.

I have to go back to work today, so daddy is staying home with Laila. Hmmm, I wonder what they will do today, cause Josh is driving me to work, so he has the car. I will see you later my lovies!

Swimming

Well swimming was fun! Laila was a little not into it today though. She didn't take a long enough nap so she was a little whiney. The funny and frustrating thing was, I forgot the camera it made me mad...Maybe next time. Now daddy is feeding Laila dinner, Spring veggies with rice, and a little Hawaiian delight on the side. Oh an here is a pic that I thought was really cute and funny. Don't know what was really goin on there though?

Finally

Well here we are trying to start a blog. I am at home today with Josh and Laila. we are planning on going swimming this afternoon, after Laila wakes up from her nap. She's been in the pool bout 3 times already. still trying to get used to it, but it is always fun for her.
